One of the constant complaints we hear from people is that sidewalks are closed for construction. In Seattle, this happens so frequently that it disrupts pedestrian travel significantly.

Feet First is happy to hear (after talking about construction closures for a while!) that the City of Seattle has now issued a report titled, "City Should Take Steps to Enhance Pedestrian and Cyclist Mobility Through and Around Construction Sites.”
